We have provided services to the top designers, their client’s and to furniture showrooms, upholstery shops and movie studios. We believe our services and technicians are the very best in the industry.   Unlike most service companies, we provide a one of a kind treatment with a service warranty.

          Fab-pro provides a lifetime service warranty with our stainguard.  We will  extract any spot or stain on a “protected” piece of furniture/fabric/rug in which you are unable to simply remove it by blotting it dry or using the spot remover provided.  Our promise to you is we will send out one of our professional cleaning technicians to clean the area of concern. Since we are a high-end business we do have exclusions to this warranty, after one acid base stain removal a charge will be made.  We consider it a permanent stain guard as we have tested up to 15 cleanings.
