  • We are a full service cleaning company. Our technicians have been trained in how to handle all of the fabrics listed below. 

PLEASE NOTE: ​Your service warranty is voided if you have another company clean your upholstery as we do not know what they use to clean. We do offer full cleaning but there is a charge for that.

Fab-Pro's Permanent Stain Guard​

  • Non- Toxic

  • Oil Based

  • Permanent

  • UV Inhibitor equivalent to 70 SPF

  • Does NOT change the texture of fabric

  • Does NOT change the color of fabric

  • Seeps into the fibers and becomes a part of the fabrics DNA, it impregnates them making the stainguard permanent - you will not have to reapply (unless you are soley using the stainguard for the UV inhibitor to keep your fabric from fading - then you should reapply every 1-2 years just like you reapply SPF on your own body when you are in the sun)

Standard Scotchguard

  • Toxic

  • Plastic Based

  • Temporary

  • No SPF

  • Can change the texture of fabric

  • Can also change the color of fabric

  • Sits on tops of the fibers and is easily worn off 

  • Has to be reapplied often

  • We provide a LIFETIME service warranty for any piece that has been treated.

  • Should a customer need our assistance for spot removal (1-2 spots they cant get out themselves with our spot remover) , we will send our technicians at no charge.

  • Unless it is an acid based stain, you are warranted one free acid base stain than you would pay a minimum charge based on your location - $175 -$250
