Yes. We clean and protect both indoor and outdoor fabrics, using methods and treatments tailored to withstand the unique challenges of outdoor living. From patio cushions to upholstered seating, we help extend the life and beauty of your outdoor pieces.

Yes. The warranty is valid only for pieces treated with Fab-Pro’s Stainguard and remains in effect as long as Fab-Pro is the exclusive provider of your upholstery care. If another company cleans your upholstery, the warranty becomes void, as we cannot guarantee the products or methods they use.
For acid-based stains, the warranty includes one complimentary treatment; additional treatments are available for a nominal fee based on your location. Full cleaning services are also available but are not covered under the warranty.

In many cases, yes. Our expert technicians use specialized techniques and treatments designed to lift even stubborn stains while protecting the integrity of your fabric. While some older or deeply set stains may not be fully removable, we achieve the best possible results without compromising the look or feel of your piece.

Fab-pro can clean and protect every type of upholstery
Fab Pro is amazing. They can clean and protect/treat every type of upholstery. If once they protect/treat your upholstered furniture and you get a stain of any kind, they will come back out to your home - free of charge - and take care of it. They guarantee this service. Or, you can just call them for 'stain' issues on a piece of furniture they have not previously treated. they will charge a min of $125. (This fee depends on the extent of the stains you are having them treat) Either way, they will get the job done. I have been really happy with their work and service. They usually can come to your house within a day or two of receiving your call."

"I was referred to fabpro by my interior designer after I had rebuilt my house and bought nice, new furniture. My designer Annette Eason, suggested I use fabpro because they are the designers choice for fine fabrics. She's totally right. I hired fabpro to clean my couch once a year and they do an excellent job. I think they charge a reasonable rate, have excellent customer service and very quick turnaround time. I recently had them clean my couch for the third time and work was done the day after I called to make the appt. I have two kids, 6 and 3, who use the couch as a trampoline and napkin so it gets dirty fast. I bought a special fabric that resists stains but even so it still gets messy. These fabpro guys come in, clean the couch in less time than it takes me to read the sports section of the LA times and leave me with a like new, clean smelling couch. Great job guys."
