Lifetime Service Warranty for Stainguard

If, after the initial treatment, the Fab-Pro customer should need the service of our skilled cleaning technicians for spot removal, there will be no charge to the customer. All we ask is you try to remove the spot/stain yourself before you call us. For “acid” based spot removal, the first call is free, a minimum service charge will be made for any more “acid” based spots. This free service does not apply to regular maintenance cleaning. If maintenance cleaning should become necessary, a Fab-Pro cleaning technician must do the cleaning in order to maintain warranty.

Lifetime Limited Warranty for Stainguard

Fab-Pro warrants that this product, Fab-Pro anti-solvent, when properly applied, will provide the maximum resistance against soiling, spots and spills during the warranty period. Fab-Pro is a scientifically formulated product designed to permanently “guard” treated fabric and carpet/rugs against most common soilage conditions. During the term of this warranty, Fab-Pro will, at no cost to the client, completely retreat any item previously treated where such treatment has become ineffective in “shielding” against spoilage as a result of cleaning, abrasion, or usage of any kind.

Fab-Pro recognizes that its product cannot “guard” all fabrics and carpet/rugs 100% against all types of contamination. This is particularly true where contaminating material contains alkaline or acidic ingredients such as certain ceramic cleaners, beverages, urine and vomit. These materials can instantly begin etching the surface to which they come in contact. Prompt attention by removal and/or dilution will minimize the potential damage to the surface contaminated. Quick cleaning response by the client is also required on these types of substances; hot beverages (certain teas and coffee brands); food dyes (particularly the reds and yellows) found in mustard, dog foods, and powdered drink mixes; indelible inks; furniture and wood stains and finishes; and some wines, etc.

The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Fab-Pro neither assumes nor authorizes any representative or other person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale of our product or associated services. We reserve the right to make changes or improvements to our product without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased. The buyer has the right to bring any action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the provisions of this warranty for as long as Fab-Pro is in business.
